Welcome to Baker Company, 1st Battalion, 21st Marines!!

Hello, and welcome! Baker Company, 1st Battalion, 21st Marine Regiment is a reenacting group based out of Vermont and Massachusetts. We portray Marines from the 1940s, more specifically World War II in the Pacific Theater. 

We attend living history displays as well as private immersive displays and reenactment tacticals. We find that each of these types of events helps us grow in the other ones. For example, the immersive display events, and the reenactment battles help give us a better understanding of what life would have been like for the individual combat Marine serving in the front lines in any number of campaigns fought throughout the Pacific Theater. In turn the living history displays gives us the chance to, not only use that knowledge, but also find areas that we need to improve on.

While our focus is on the combat aspect of the Marines who served during the 1940s, we welcome Marine impressions of all sorts. We only ask that historical accuracy be the most important aspect to the reenactor. Our unit currently has both combat Marines, and USMC Women's Reserve represented within its ranks. We encourage any and all Marine impressions that fit the era and are done correctly.
